How does it work?
This approach to weight loss teaches you how to implement changes to your lifestyle that can be adopted long-term to achieve your goals. We understand that following a meal plan is not 'simple' if you do not have the tools to manage the variables that life throws at us everyday.

This is not a solution where you will 'lose 10kg in 6 weeks'. A fast weight loss approach is not usually a sustainable one.
Instead, we look at your current eating habits and behaviours, then adapt them to suit your weight loss goals and lifestyle. You can still enjoy the foods you love while staying on track. It may take longer to lose the weight but through the process you will learn how to keep the weight off for good.
No more yo-yo dieting and no more 'starting your diet again on Monday'.

It all starts with a free consultation, where I can learn about you and your goals. After that we catch up weekly to identify your goals, habits and eating behaviours, then decide together what needs to change and make an action plan.

I am based in Hamilton, New Zealand. I offer online consultations and in-person consultations. In person consultations can be held at my studio in Puketaha or I am happy to meet with you at a location of your choice within Hamilton boundaries.

Hi! I'm Porscha.
I am a Registered Weight Management Coach and I also have a Level 5 Certificate in Personal Training. I started Baseline Weight Management because I want to help others on their journey to wellness.

I am a wife and a mum so I know how hard it can be to prioritise your own health while also trying to juggle everything else that this crazy life brings.
I didn't set foot in a gym until my late 20's and soon after that I found CrossFit and I haven't looked back.
I train regularly, not only for my physical health but also for my mental health. This enables me to be at my best in all other aspects of my life, to be truly present for my loved ones and of course, my clients.

In the last 10 years I have transformed from a relatively unhealthy inactive human into a healthy lifestyle enthusiast who rarely sits still. While I am not (yet) a qualified nutritionist, my studies so far have taught me not only about the importance of healthy eating when it comes to weight loss, but also about the benefits of flexible eating and allowing some treats every now and again. I am a firm believer that you do not have to suffer or give up all the foods you love in order to achieve your weight loss goals.

I can also offer personal training sessions either at my studio located 10 minutes from Rototuna (Hamilton) or I can travel to you with some basic equipment if you prefer. I have experience in coaching Crossfit and Olympic Lifting if this is something that interests you.
