There is so much information (and misinformation) on the internet and on social media related to weight loss. I would like to take the confusion away and tailor a weight management solution that specifically suits YOU and your lifestyle.
I believe that weight loss can be achieved without complete restriction from the foods you love to eat. Restraining yourself entirely from certain foods for months on end and attempting to use willpower alone to lose weight is not a sustainable solution for most humans. It will usually result in relapse where you may even gain more weight than you started with.
You can still lose weight and become a healthier version of you without eliminating your favourite treat foods or forcing yourself to engage in physical activity that you don't enjoy.
